This comes from Cinescape...

"Two months after it was pulled from its original release window, Arnold Schwarzenegger's COLLATERAL DAMAGE finally has a solid release date.

Warner Bros. has chosen to release the film on February 8th, on the Presidents Day holiday weekend. Previously, MGM moved their ROLLERBALL weekend to the same release window, which was lucrative for them in 2001 with HANNIBAL.

COLLATERAL DAMAGE was abruptly pulled off its initial release date due to the tragic events of September 11th. Warner Bros. was conscious of elements in the film, like terrorists and bombings, that would not be received well by a very sensitive population and chose to wait it out."

Very cool! I've been wanting to see this movie for quite awhile now. The movie got really good buzz up at the film festival in Toronto.

I think this will be another brainless Arnold movie, but I wonder how people will react to this. The possiblities are there...

I'm guessing this movie will do the same as his previous two...bad. Terminator 3 is basically his last chance in the movie biz.

The return of the big dumb action movie... huzzah.

Me, I'm just waiting for the rescheduled release of Big Trouble...

Same here. The trailers released for that movie was quite funny, and it looks genuinely funny!

Tim Allen (who's better in movies than on TV), Rene Russo, Johnny Knoxville and Patrick Warburton wearing a Speedo and a gun holster...seems crazy enough to work.

Sincerely,

Speaking of brainless action movies, Stallone's writing a script for Rambo 4 as we speak. And the rumoured plot? Rambo parachuting into Afghanistan to capture Osama Bin Laden. Two visits to Afgahanistan for John Rambo now.
