Ok, just picked this up. I've got up to volume 12 in spanish and it's a lot better then their translation of it...strange since Mexico usally gives good trans, andways back on topic.
I thought it was good for the english volume one, but wasent this a Shueisha title? Why isent under the shonen jump name?

Was it in Shonen Jump to begin with? That's the key factor that determines selection of titles.

It's running in weekly shonen jump, so it should have been under the SJ title.

Detective Conan (Case Closed, I'm not doing this to be a purist it just works within the context of the sentence.) runs weekly in Shonen SUNDAY in Japan. Since Viz has put all of it's Sunday titles in their Action category of anime and manga. Unless Viz puts out a Shonen Sunday (Probably called Action Sunday to attract the avid Shonen Jump subscribers, to not have to bring it out on a specific day, and to not have to reissue volumes and volumes of manga.) their will be probably be no Shonen Sunday label on any products in the U.S. whether it be from Viz or FUNimation.
