11-Year-Old Rapes 76-Year-Old

MILWAUKEE - An 11-year-old boy was charged Wednesday with raping a 76-year-old neighborhood woman in her home as three of his friends stood watch.

Police said that for a week before the attack, the boys had been "terrorizing" the woman in her house, repeatedly breaking in and taking cash and other items.

The woman, who lived alone, told police she was taking a sponge bath in the kitchen Friday when the 11-year-old walked in, demanded money and then ordered her to take off her clothes and go into the bedroom, according to court papers.

There's an unwritten code among prisoners that certain crimes are horrible. You could murder a guy, most of the prisoners won't care. Burglary? Big deal. But take Jeffrey Dahmer, for instance. After his heinous, disgusting, unspeakable crimes, he didn't last too long in prison- he was killed by the inmates. Not sure how this story ended up, but if the kids go to prison (doubtful, unfortunately), I wouldn't be surprised if the same thing happened.

Oh, and one more thing- these kids, just like Jeffrey Dahmer, make Wisconsin (more specifically, Milwaukee, a fine town) look bad. :sad:

The law defines it in a different way which is actually a good thing, legal rape means any situation where someone has sex when they don't want to.



Paedophila just means that you're attracted to young children. The reasons that people commit rape are different for a person involved in paedophila. Paedophilia becomes paedophilia and rape under the legal meaning of rape.



In the end what this child did was a classic example of rape. The child was showing power and used sex to hurt the woman. There is no reason to come up with a new word for it, he didn't rape her because she was old but because she was weak and he could do to her what he is unable to do to the vast majority of women.
