I would like to see a DVD collection of the Tom and Jerry cartoons with Mammy 2 Shoes uncut and with classic lines like O-W-T out. I think the Tom and Jerry cartoons featureing her where the best of all the Tom and Jerry cartoons. I will its high time that she gets the respect that she deserves.

i have this old video of that from the 90s and it has o-w-t out on it.
but no dvd of tom and jerry i have got since has it on it.

Those were good episodes....I don't think that there on DVD. But I do remember the unedited versons being on TV when I was younger....around 3 or 4. The next thing I know she has new voice overs :sweat: .....And you have to wonder why they edited the whole "O-W-T OUT!" line when fred Flintstone still says it....go figure.....

I don't think those eps are gonna show up anytime soon.. you can always start up a petition and have it mailed to WB; i don't know who would be in charge of that.. surf around their website.. also RHINO video, owned by WB..

im not sure but could it be beacause children may think thats how its spelt.

I recall seeing a Mammy Two Shoes short on Cartoon Network without new voice-overs or all that jive, but I DO remember her saying "O-U-T OUT!" as opposed to O-W-T.

I just think the wow censoring thing was silly from the start. Its not like its Porn, Mortal Kombat type violance, or even potty mouth like South Park all which is pretty easily seen now a days by little kids anyway.

the censoring ruins the cartoon. its true its not like porn or stuf like that and if they shew it then and it didnt do eny harm why would it now.

if their is a bad thing that i dont know about the word 0-w-t out then its realy rair a parent will spot it anyway its only when you realy look and listen to it you notice.
back when i first watching cartoon network i didnt even get some of the humer in animainiacs till now so how is that going to effect anyone.

I have most of the original episodes on Laser Disk (which is now hard to find). And most of the episodes (save for the Jerry as a black through the episode) were uncut.
