Any Gamecube owners here? I'm certainly one, but I need some help in purchasing one of those Panasonic Q Gamecubes. I don't know which website has the best deal, for buying it over internet from:
www.ebay.com (http://www.ebay.com/)
http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?products_id=1575&
http://www.lan-kwei.com/gamecubeE/
http://www.upstategames.com/gc_hw_q.phtml
Any other websites that I havn't try or listed. Suggestions?

Relax John, don't take it personally. It's likely that no one had anything helpful to say, so they didn't say anything at all.
I have no other suggestions to offer, but I've bought from lik-sang before. Over priced, IMO, but at least you get your stuff.
Any reason you're blowing money on the Panasonic, when you can get a basic cube with Metroid for $99 at your local shop?

Sorry for being rude there, please forgive. :( Had this up for most of the day, and hope for someday to replay at least. My reasons for getting the imported Modified Panasonic Gamecube are:
1. Living Up At Camp: For the last 2 years while I was working up at my summer camp, my co-staffers that I was living with, complained about the Gamecube's performance lack of having a DVD player. Each day we had off for work, someone else had to go back home get their DVD player or another gaming system (PS2/XBOX).
2. My Cousin: For the last 3 years, I've been letting my cousin barrow my previous Nintendo systems (NES, SNES, & N64) I've got my NES back, while he has my SNES & N64. Now, he want's my Gamecube. His parents (My aunt & uncle) are not going to buy a brand new Gamecube. I've talk it over with his parents and my cousin. He can keep my old Gamecube, while I get the Panasonic.
By getting this Gamecube, I've have solved my gaming problems for next year. Also by giving him, my old Gamecube, it doubles as a B-Day or Christmas present. :)

Get a Gamecube for $99.
Get a Cheap, Small DVD Player from Wal-Mart for $30-$70.
Combine using duct tape, and bam, you've got yourself a dvd player/Gamecube combo.

lol....not quite the answer he was looking for, I think.:anime:
But really, why do you want to buy a Panasonic Q for? It will only play region 2 DVD's and Japan games unless you mod it. Why give yourself the headache?

Don't bother. Their too expensive, and odds are new games detect mod chips. And you can't resell it, so its just not worth it.
