Question about Jackie Chan Adventures episode "J2"

Adult Jade came from the future since I hear there was no sign of future Jackie, does that mean in the future he was killed by Shendu? And if that's so how did Jackie, Jade and Uncle (present day) react to it?

SPOILERS for those who didn't see the episode:
In the future, Drago unleashed dragons to take over Section 13, meanwhile using the Dragon Teeth to resurrect his father from his statue form, awaiting a meal of a tied-up Future Jackie and Future Uncle, who are the magic experts at Section 13 (much to present Jackie's chagrin: "I still work for Section 13?!").

Drago then goes to the past to 1) kill present Jade, and 2) stop anyone from getting the Dragon Teeth that are still hidden in the present. Future Jade, using Uncle's magic (without permission), followed Drago, "kidnapped" Jade to stop her from being killed and, with assistance from her present child form, tricked Drago into destroying the Dragon Teeth, hence turning Future Shendu back into a statue before he could eat Future Jackie and Future Uncle.

Hence, Jackie didn't die; at the end of the future scenes, Future Jackie and Future Uncle look at each other and both realize, with a smile, that their Jade saved their lives in the past. How touching...Although Future Jackie dying because of Shendu would be an interesting (although bitter) ending.
