Should Earthmover return?

Does anybody remember that villain in BB? Well, I do and I thought he was pretty cool. I would love 2 see him again in the future if possible.

I loved "Earth Mover." It's one of my favorite BB episodes, though it seems most people don't agree with me. I don't think we'll ever see him again, though. It was basically a one-shot episode.
Earthmover was a 'good' tragic villian, but I don't see how he could currently be used in the DCAU present since he is from the future. :sad:
