Being a huge horror fan, I will definatley be seeing Jason X. Despite the cheesy dialogue which is obvious in the trailer, it still looks good. Jason's "look" is very cool this time, much better than his look from Jason Goes to Hell. His part 7 look is by far the best. I just don't know about the cybernetic approach to Jason... UGH! Even though it says coming soon, New Line is shooting for an April 2002 release. April will see 2 other horror movies open. Halloween 8 and Resident Evil. A month before that on March 22 we'll see Blade 2. Horror movies all around next year! :)
Despite the completley crappy casting job, I'll no doubt find myself at this movie. The voice of Scooby is pretty good, but not as good as the original, who sadly passed away in 1997. Anyone notice Warner's obvious Batman approach with the music and the black silouette at the end? Cute.

Don't be surprised to find the Scooby trailer attached to this weekends Harry Potter. Since Scooby is a Warner Bros. product, you just know WB will stick it on Harry Potter.

ok..I just downloaded that scooby trailer and I'm officially offended.. :p
even though I knew it was scooby doo..I thought it was batman the whole time..they had the nerve to use the same music!
anyway..I don't think I'll care much for the new scooby...

according to the script thus far, myers killed some cop in the gym in the last film and switched clothes w him...so laurie ended up chopping the head off of some innocent cop in the ending scene...this was the conclusion that i came to myself too after seeing the last movie even before i read the new script.

Err...sorry to tell you this, but Romero is not doing the Resident evil movie anymore. The studio thought that is idea was too...well.....horror and gory. They wanted him to water it down and he refused. At one point he told the studio that he would do his version of the movie and then do the cuts that the studio wanted for the state. His plan was to have at least one country playing his version of the movie. But the studio did not like that idea so Romero left. The studio now has a new director that has now announce that his version of Resident Evil will not have any gore in it.

thats so much crap!!!! why would they do this, as far as i know resident evil is pretty horrorish and romero is the best horror director there is. this sucks so much. and ive seen clips from the game even though i havnt played, and i dont see how this movie could be made with out gore. they suck! what studio is producing the moive? God knows when bruiser is going to come out, and now no resident evil.
