What do they edit from "Roman Legion Hare"? I've heard talk of an edit, but I don't know what it is...

I think I should add a link to my Censored Cartoons Page in my signature. :p

Anyway, CN cuts Bugs saying, "Well, as the Romans say, e pluribus uranium" (it is near the end). It is one of those edits (like the ones in CN's copies of "Hare Splitter", "Hasty Hare", and "Drip-Along Daffy") that makes no sense at all.

What? They didn't show the dubbed version of FALLING HARE. That's weird. The dubbed version is real bad anyway, and the colors are too tinted. Remember those pictures from the much better "restored" FALLING HARE at Jerry Beck's site?

Unfortunately, those restoration cells are now absent from his site. I guess Warners got wind of it and told him to remove them...

Leave it to CN to broadcast "A Bird In A Bonnet" and I end up missing it!

I noticed that a few days ago. I hope he didn't get into trouble with WB. I also noticed he removed the UPA section completely.

Well Jon, if you get a hold of any CN official knucklehead, ask them why those scenes are edited, because the public would like to know the rationale as to why these cartoons are cut!
