I'll have to go with the popular vote on this one, Barbary Coast Bunny gets my vote. I recall it being a very entertaining cartoon, made durring a sort of greedy period Bugs went through (like how he reacts at the beginning Baby Buggy Bunny, or to the giant carrots in Beanstalk Bunny).

For me, the winner in this list is clearly Barbary Coast Bunny - Bugs, Chuck, and a Daws Butler - voiced Nasty Canasta? Can't lose!

But hey, IMHO the best gold rush cartoon is Avery's MGM/Droopy-The Shooting Of Dan McGoo (1945).

By the way, check the similarities between Bonanza Bunny and Freleng's 14 Carrot Rabbit (1952). I mean, what is Blaque Jaques Shellac but le French Canadien Yosemite Sam, no?

Can you tell me the difference of "Bonanza..." & "Barbary..."??? I don't quite remember which is which.

I like "Bonanza Bunny" the best out of those. "Blacque Jacque Shellacque" makes me laugh. If he is a gold thief, wouldn't he be able to tell by looking that Bugs has fake gold?

I voted for Barbary Coast Bunny. It's one of my favorite Bugs Bunny cartoons from Jones. Gosh, no one likes Gold Rush Daze or am I wrong? I remember my first post. I complety trashed the cartoon but since I've seen it several times on CN, I'm starting to appreciate it. I use to have it on a PD tape. This is what I wrote in my first ever post on this board:

the worst wb cartoon is gold rush daze. the song (diggin gold for matilda) is so friggin annoying and the gags are lame . also the cartoons with daffy and speedy aren't the greatest except for (everyone gasp) see ya later gladiator. i think its a good cartoon.
