Brittany and I had time off this morning, so we ran to Walgreen's, and she bought me a new VCR like she had promised. Now, I can tape Popeye!

The reason I bought a new VCR was that the old VCR was incapable of taping Cartoon Network. In other words, it wasn't cable ready, so to speak.
