Bill Thompson (Droopy) was the voice of the clown flea, of course--but who voiced Fifi? I'm pretty sure it was the same actress who voiced Nibbles/Tuffy in one of the few Tom and Jerry cartoons he spoke, and with a French accent to boot--"En guarde! En guarde! Foo!" (though she isn't billed at IMDb).
