Need help indentifying Animaniacs short

I was watching Animaniacs a few months ago and saw a short that was in widescreen. It wasn't I'm Mad but it had Scrathensniff in a car honking his horn to a song. It also had :yakko: :wakko: :dot: leading a marching band. Does anybody know what I'm talking about? If so, please reply, I would also like some screenshots (title card, a few scenes, etc.).

Yup, That's It:D I was just about to post that. LOL You beat me to it! Anyways, this short was genius. Composing a whole song with only 2 notes. LOL I Love "Animaniacs!"

If you gave up taping AFTER Season 3, then you have this cartoon on tape, as it was on the last episode of Season 3.
