Over at www.mst3kinfo.com they let fans send in lists of various things that have been said, seen, shown, etc. I'm making a COMPLETE list of Looney Tunes references on MST3K. But, since I haven't seen a lot of the pre-Scif Fi Channel episodes, my list may be incomplete. So, I thought maybe you guys who have watched the show can help me out. Here's my list so far.

The Crawling Hand: When the audio film is spinning around Joel says, "The music goes around and around, and it comes out here!"
MST3K: The Movie (This Island Earth): As M&TB walk across the bridge Crow says, "That Cal fella! What a maroon!"
Merlin's Shop of Mystical Wonders: When the ground is splitting apart, Mike says, "Bugs Bunny musta takin' that wrong turn at Alberquerque!"
The Brain That Wouldn't Die: When in actor who looks suspiciously like Mel Blanc is proposing to a girl. Servo says, "And, now, Mel Blanc makes his move." And, Crow with a Sam voice says, "You're goin' out with me, Varmit!"
Overdrawn at the Memory Bank: The narrator is talking about the side-effects of Science fiction. The main character in the movie is watching "Casablanca" and the WB logo appears on screen. Mike says, ".... and it's effect on Bugs Bunny!" Later, when the "lava lamp" is out of control, Tom Servo says, "You know what? It's Taz!"
Hobgoblins: The hobgoblins show up and crowds of people run away through the exit. Mike comments, "pepe Le Pew came in through the back door!"
The Screaming Skull: A flower falls to the ground and Mike remarks, "Pepe Le Pew walked by!"
Parts: the Clonus Horror: A boy is walking through the mountains. Various cliffs are nearby. Crow says, "I wonder how many times the coyote fell off THAT!"
Track of the Moon Beast: A native american is telling his story about lizards, Tom says, "... and then the Coyote started chasing the roadrunner!" Later, a guy is pointing at a tree, Mike does an imitation of Willobuy and says, "Tree."

Any others?

There was a song from the 1930s called "The Music Goes 'Round and Around" which featured that line. The only time I have ever heard it in a WB cartoon was in "A Corny Concerto". I imagine Clampett was having Fudd make a reference to a popular tune.

There is also a part in "Hobgoblins" where Mike says "Someone let Taz Loose!"

also, in the MST3k short "Body Care and Grooming," there is a scene where a person is holding a pen againist a sheet of paper. Servo comments "Out of the Inkwell Comes Koko the Clown!"

I thought "Out of the Inkwell" was a Walter Lantz Cartune?

"Out of the Inkwell" is a Fleischer cartoon (the very first one infact).
I just thought it should be noted.

Also, there's a LT reference in the early episode "Sidehackers."
When a guy's girlfriend is found dead, he tries to cover up the fact she's dead ("Talk to me, baby!") Joel comments (à la Willobuy) "Duh, George, tell me about da rabbits George!"

Sounds more like a reference to the ending of the book OF MICE AND MEN to me...

Here are two more:
SPRING FEVER (short): when the spring sprite makes the couch springs spin away(with a "boiiing!" sound effect,) Servo sings "Merrily We Roll Along".
THE FINAL SACRIFICE: The drunk is telling the story of the cult and Crow interjects "I hate's that rabbit!" (a la Yosemite Sam)

"Final Sacrifice" is one giant Sam joke.

"Screaming Skull" also has a xylophone in the background as the skull pack converges. The riff is that it's "Bugs Bunny-sneaking-up music."

I'm pretty sure "Riding With Death" has a Fudd-esque "Be vewy vewy quiet, I'm cawwying twipolitine, heh-heh-heh-heh!"

In "Last Clear Chance" there's a guy who looks like a live-action version of Elmer Fudd. He keeps dozing off and Servo says "Kill the wabbit...kill the wabbit"

In Riding With Death, Crow says "Be vewy vewy qweit, I'm hunting twipolydine!"

In Jack Frost, there's a shot of a rooster and Servo says for the bird: "Boy, I say boy!"

in "Kitten With A Whip" a TV in one scene is showing a Looney Tune and you hear Carl Stalling music. One of the bots complains when Ann-Margret obscures the TV and they state that "Carl Stalling is in the house"

The Brain That Wouldn't Die - During an early shot of a respirator, Mike says "Breathe, stupid, breathe!" a la Louie from "Dough Ray Me-Ow"

The Incredible Melting Man - As General Perry exits the airplane and is pacing back and forth waiting for his ride, Mike says "It's Yosemite Sam, the rootinest, tootinest..." in a Sam grumble

Zombie Nightmare - As the voodoo girl starts to talk in a slow stammering lisp, Crow says "You wa-a-abbit."

The Projected Man - There is a shot of some sort of spotlight going on, and (I believe it's) Servo comes out with "Overture, curtain, lights..."

I know of at least one more for this topic:

During one a short during the comedy central years (I have it on tape but I forgot the name) there was this futuristic scene towards the end. Tom Servo leans over and sings, "Sword and magic hemlet..." I know it's supposed to be "spear" but it's obvious what the referance was.

Now I'm not sure if this was really a Fudd reference or not, but in an old MST3K educational short called "X Marks The Spot" we meet a guy who kinda looks like Elmer. Says, Tom Servo, "You can't see it but my torso is fused to a bwock of gwanite."

the "musta taken a wrong turn at Albequerque" gag was used in quite a few MST eps, if I remember right

I just remembered another! In Leech Woman there's a part during the movie where Tom sings, "Bricka bracka firecracker sis boom bah! Bugs Bunny! Bugs Bunny! Rah! Rah! Rah!"

The LT Ref list will be done shortly. I'm getting some help from the maintainers of www.mst3kinfo.com for more LT refs. I also need to search through their MST3K episode guide and jot down the episode code numbers.

BTW, there is also a scene in "The Final Sacrifice" when Troy and Rowsdower and in some kind of a tunnel, we see a small statue of some kind of devil (or monster?) that looks like an evil version of Porky Pig. Then Crow comments, "Look! It's an evil Porky Pig!"

In "Soultakers" there's a shot of a stately mansion and Mike says "Oh Belvedere, come heah boy!"
