The morning showing of Dexter's Lab appears to be limited to seasons 3 and 4. What gives? Are we supposed to believe the old shot-on-film episodes don't exist anymore? I'm saddened. :(

Yes.
Because the current CN scheduling heads don't care for our age group when it comes to weekdays.
CN worships the demands of 6-11 year olds. They should pay more attention to we want.

Not airing seasons 1 and 2 Dexter is a crime against humanity. Those were the GOOD seasons.
I thought kids loved the first seasons of Dexter. What's wrong with them now? They certainly aren't too old looking (though older looking by a bit of course).
CN airs the same crap all day nearly every day... It's sad how lacking the schedule is right now. Hopefully fall will turn things around a bit.
Jonny Bravo and Cow and Chicken should be on weekdays again, Sheep in the Big City and Samurai Jack should be SOMEWHERE, and Duck Dodgers shouldn't be limited to one night a week (other than marathons). As for aquisition treatment... FOR CRYING OUT LOUD AIR KENSHIN AGAIN DANG IT!!! Dragonball Z instead of 10PM Teen Titans would also be a nice change from the schedule that seems to be airing the same shows all day (seems nothing... it is doing just that). Some classics on weekdays like the Flintstones, the Jetsons, and Bugs and Daffy would be nice as well.

What is CN doing? I don't understand. At one point I could turn to the channel and not see ed ed and another ed or that weird show with the Grim Reaper every single day. Grim Reaper?
Last Friday, after Cyborg 009, they played an episode from the first 3 seasons. I was doing something else, so I didn't see what episode it was exactly (I believe it was the Dodgeball episode), but I do know it wasn't from Season 4 on.

Good thing I bought that VHS tape with Genndy's Favorites on it. I can resort to it when I see fit. "Dexter's Laboratory: Greatest Adventures" It's sold out. No more left.

Billy and Mandy is a good show. Ed, Edd and Eddy sucks. They need to bring back B:TAS, S:TAS, BB and the first 2 seasons of JL. Now.
Correct on all six counts.
They aired an old Dexter's Lab this morning. The one with Blue Falcon and Dynomutt and the musical concerto of Dexter's birth. They had me!... Then Baby Looney Tunes came on. I mean, the plushies are cute, but the show is DIRE! Jebus!

where Is TENCHI?!?!??!?!?!?!??!??!?!??!?!?!?!?!??!??!??!?!?!??!?!??!? That was a good show. But now we get "Yu Yu Hakasho." I don't like the show, thoughI'm sure that they don't have the contract to air Tenchi anymore. And no, Tenchi wasn't traded to air YYH. That's not how TV works. And no one wants to see a show rerun for over four years.
And, nobody's telling you to watch YYH. If you don't like it, don't watch it.
2 Seconds Later: What the heck? How'd this even get into the discussion? It's not relevant at all. You can't be doing that at ToonZone.

I know what you all mean by bad episodes. Taking this time to catch up on seasons 3 and 4, I have watched most of them that were shown in the morning. Not that I haven't seen any of the 3 or 4th seasons, its just that I have lost interest seeing the quality of the new episodes. (I mean after finding out that there was a new DL season on after it's hiatus, and turning out that the first new show you see is "Head Band"; it doesn't leave a good taste in your mouth, but it leaves you curious on how your fav. show turned out, you would like to catch up.)
These were the type of Dexter's Lab episodes that you would want to banish to the bowels of Hell for all eternity.
I'm not being harsh, they are that godawful.
They make some of the old episodes that you would consider "bad" seem like pure gold. (now that you think of it, they are pure gold compared to the best of seasons 3 and 4).
And the voice.......oh god....I HATE Dexter's new voice.
They are right, this IS a cheap ripoff of the original series.
And I have seen Chicken Scratch for the first time.......
That was pure S***!
The only good episodes were the ones with Mandark in them, not because he's my favourite, but he's the only one holding this show up.
I still love Dexter's Lab, though. I just hope that season 5 is pure gold.
*points to CN* IT BETTER BE!! OR ELSE! *holds up neuroatomic plasmatic lazer gun and laughs insanly.*
What a sight to see in the morning.......
