Just for fun, how many classic cartoon shorts (from any studio) feature caricatures / references to Bing Crosby?
Sorry... no prizes or anything. :p
I am kind of interested to see how many we come up with.
I'll start...
WB:
"Let It Be Me"
"Bingo Crosbyana"
"Curtain Razor"
"Slap Happy Pappy"
"What's Cookin' Doc?"
"Catch as Cats Can"
"Swooner Crooner"
"Hollywood Canine Canteen"
Paramount:
"Popeye's 20th Anniversary"
"Bout With a Trout" (Little Lulu)

Here are some appearances made by Bing I can think of at the moment:
"I've Got to Sing a Torch Song" (1933/WB/Merrie Melodies)
"The Peace Conference" (1935/Columbia/Krazy Kat)
"Toyland Broadcast" (1934/MGM/Happy Harmonies)

I would have picked the same cartoons, but here's a cartoon that nobody has guessed that features Bing Crsoby.
(Universal/Lantz)
TOYLAND PREMIERE 1934
Tintin

Also on a episode of Mafalda (TV and comic), Mafalda's father say "Moi j'étais un fan de Bing Crosby, alors ça vous gêne?" (Mine are a Bing Crosby fan, what's your trouble?"

Bing didn't, but Crosby's horse made it into "Porky's Preview," which I guess counts as at least a half-credit...
I wouldn't be surprised if that Little Audrey cartoon they used to have on the Harveytoons site had Crosby in it, but I don't recall.
Another honerable mention:
The Old Grey hare
His horse still hasn't come in yet...

"Happy Birthdaze" (Popeye)-Popeye: "Ya look just like Bob Hope!" [Shorty puts huge gun to head.] "...I...I...I means Bing Crosby"! [Shorty's face "morphs" into Bing's.]
"The Island Fling" (Popeye)-Robinson Crusoe (Bluto) has a Hope chest and a Crosby chest.
"The Baby Sitter" (Little Lulu)-Baby versions of Hope, Crosby, and Jerry Colonna (and many more, including Cab Calloway!) appear in the dream sequence.

Wasn't the character of "Cock Robin" in Disney's "Who Killed Cock Robin?" based on Bing?

According to the book "Mouse Under Glass" (a book any Disney fan would find interesting), in the movie The Great Mouse Detective, Basil's character was originally going to be based on Bing Crosby.
