Season 1 was a nice mix of action and comedy. Season 2 was all comedy. I wonder what season 3 will bring?? If it's action oriented, I hope Gonzo gets back on board. The first season was one of my first Gonzo series to watch. And with Gauron semi-officially dead(finally) I wonder what new villains they could come up with

But anyway, the real article says Yasuhiro Takemoto is supposedly the director, and he has only worked on comedy anime, which means that most likely, this will be a comedy. Which is a shame. Not that I didn't like Fumoffu (in fact, I loved it), but it would be nice if they could tie up the story of the first season. Especially considering there should still be quite a bit of untouched material from the novels.

With Fumoffu already coming to the US not to mention the manga is still being released, Full Metal Panic will not cease into obscurity!

Now they really need to release the original books translated into english, Full Metal Skin Panic...

they could have one page be in the original Japanese Form and the next be the same page translated into english....like those Shakespeare Books...

I hope this is more of a Fumoffu type series rather than the original FMP, because quite frankly Fumoffu kicks all sorts of ass compared to season 1.
