In the "That Was Quick" department, Fox Family Channel will become ABC Family starting THIS Saturday. No major changes right now, but when January begins, expect huge programming changes. Oh, and layoffs have already begun at the new Disney company.
On a semi-related note, Fox Kids Magazine has just released its final issue. The issue tells the young'uns that, and I quote, "after ten years, we want to save trees, so this will be our final issue."
Now, a moment to let that moronic statement sink in.
Shameful, really. They couldn't just tell the fans that the magazine was going under thanks to new managerial restructuring and a new corporate owner. Oh well. Go figure.
