I've been watching the show, I just hate starting threads. I always figure someone else'll do it, and by the time I realize no one has I don't care anymore. Today's show starts in a little under 2 hours and the second half looks pretty good. But I thought they were billing Jeff Hardy, not Kazarian, as "The Future." Guess not.

Guess not.I usually do it, but due to it being on early im not home all the time to do it. So Spike will probably make it if I don't. He has been doing the TNA PPV talkbacks now since I don't stay home on Wednesday's currently because I can't watch the PPVs.

The talkbacks also always seem to be burried.

Anyway Today's Impact was a solid one, but I would love to see less squash matches.

I'm not an avid fan of TNA, I only recently started watching it when Impact! premiered. Anyhow, I liked all the previous Impact! shows (expect for the last 2 which I missed becuase of work), but I hated it today's show. Now, as I mentioned, I'm not an avid fan, or rather, a long time follower of TNA, that being said, this afternoon's show was full of jobbers and was very repetitive and boring. They need to add actual storylines in Impact! opposed to showing clips of the previous PPV (or at least, they need to add more). Impact! is the only show they have on TV that will help lure new fans in, but if the following shows are like this, then I really don't think it'll happen.

But hey, I don't know anything about TNA besides the big name wrestlers...

i didn't see much of it while waiting for a bus at a chicken wing restauraunt..

but to be honest, it probably meant more to see that little bit than a lot of the raws that have aired recently...

Is Impact 2 hours? Because in NY, I only get one hour!

What's Jeff Hardy's new nickname? The "Charismatic Enigma" or something? Whatever it is, it fits him in an odd way.

While I agree that the show really wasn't up to snuff, I did enjoy John Hammond's "Six Points of Impact" segment. I was never a big Monty Brown fan (seeing him pummel "Spyder" Nate Webb on "Xplosion" week after week can do that to a person), but after that interview, I can see why the TNA management are so high on him. The man has Rock-style charisma, which is never a bad thing. He also has one other thing in common with The Rock: his matches, just like Rocky's back in the day, suck noodles.

And another thing: when will they break down and just go ahead and add Jerelle Clark to their main roster? I've heard some great thing about him and his supposedly "amazing" 640° finishing move, but it's hard to just the guy when all he does is lay down for guys like Team Canada.

You guys are forgetting that Impact is basically an infomercial for the PPVs. And besides, it's not much different than Raw was when it first started. Mostly squashes with a decent main event. Maybe it's because I'm new to TNA, but I don't mind seeing a few squashes so I can get acquainted with the roster. It'll probably get tired after awhile though.

Have Raven and Sabu really never fought? My only experience with ECW is the breif TNN period (which Raven wasn't there for much of) so I haven't really followed their careers. I'm going to try and find somewhere with a satellite so I can see this on Wednesday. It should be good.

I hate when I see guys like Jerelle Clark and Kid Romeo get completely destroyed. They should at least be aloud to put up a fight instead of being completely squashed.

I also agree that TNA uses Impact to plug the PPV more then they should and that is alot like RAW when it first started it was an hour long full of squash matches with big name talent in the main-event.

Dammit! At about 5 o'clock I realized I hadn't set a tape for Impact! Jeff Hardy fought Kid Romeo? Dang, what a week to miss. I thought this time slot would be kind of cool, but I hate it.
