The info on the new shows is cool. I like the concept for all the shows. They look like fun AS type shows. Thank you LFV and LandStander.

I think these two shows look to be really good. Ths fall will add some fun to Adult Swim and my television schedule. These are appearing on Sunday so we have Adult Swim Comedy going strong. This is a preeeetty, pretty good thing.

"A Stupid Panda, an alcohalic train(?), and a Gay clam(?) teach our viewers valuable lessons."
Dunno if that's right...

Oh Landstander, why isn't this stickied?
I deem LFV's adventures in San Diego...EXCLUSIVE CONTENT.
Oh, and stuck.
A stupid panda, an alcoholic... train? and a gay clam branch out denver's casual lessons?
Sounds pornographic.

Has there ever been anything anime related at Comic Con? Literally.

Yeah, by the liscensors. I'm not sure if WS themselves will announce anything though.

LUCY-FER from Soup2Nuts... Interesting...
Sounds blasphemous, and I'm sure it will be.
Dang all these pilots this year but none of the shows come out until 2005... Where's the love for 2004? Just Venture Bros.? Too bad...

And of course there's no admission of their death squads and sattelite mounted tesla coils.
WHEN WILL THE TRUTH COME OUT?

If i recall correctly, GITS SAC and Big O II were announced at Comic Con in the past.

If i recall correctly, GITS SAC and Big O II were announced at Comic Con in the past.
Except that they may not have even had GITS SAC at the time since it didn't start airing until years later (not even yet actually).
As for the rest,
I'm surprised at not just the number of pilots, but the actual number of things already greenlit for 13 episodes. I think this is the first we have heard about Stroker and Hoop, and Tom Goes to the Mayor (yay!) being more than just pilots. Definitely glad to see a new pilot from the Home Movies folks.
Glad to see what's going on at Comic-con.. I regret not being able to go.
Squidbillies looks interesting from that picture.. but 96 episodes in development? that's a lot..
From that pic on Sweet J, it reminds me of that Action now series.. hopefully it's nothing like that..
I have no idea what to think about Tom goes to Mayor.. Sounds .. different..
Decker the Panda.. sounds insane.. Might be interesting.
Kolgath the Barbarian.. eh..
Upon hearing of Lucy-fer's premise.. I chuckled.. Hopefully it's good.. That pic looks good.
Minoriteam sounds funny. And now knowing that it's from the creators of Crank Yankers.. gives me more hope for it.
Stroker and Hoop sounds interesting.. That puppet promo did nothing for me though when it aired on AS..
At least we know AS has plenty of shows in development.. most sound like they could be good. Looks like a bright future for ASC.

The amount of new series and specials/pilots coming out is pretty cool. Makes up for the drought from Summer 2003 till now when there weren't any new comedy shows coming out (only new episodes of shows). Although why on earth was Squidbillies greenlighted for 96 episodes? That better be how much Aqua Teen ends up with (at least) if Squidbillies gets that much or I'll be increibley ticked.

I'm glad they're doing a lot of non-WS made series, since the stinkers usually come from them (for some reason, I don't enjoy any WS made comedies, especially when they air repeats of better comedy shows...but i do ike classic Space Ghost.)

Ummm one of the stinkers was from 70/30, one from WS, one from John K, one from who ever made the Oblongs. On the other hand 2 out of the 4 really good comedies were made by WS (ATHF and SGCTC).
2 out of 3 aint bad.

They showed us more Spacecataz stuff, which looks good.
The ATHF clip they showed us was from Gee Whiz and Frylock explains how Standards and Practices work. George Lowe demonstrates when he shoots a nun's head off and how it's not ok when blood shoots out of her neck, but if he shoots her head off and a rainbow comes out, that's acceptable. Then you won't offend the black peopler, er, minorities.
Sealab ep tomorrow has Stormy with huge boobs and an anime character named Guguyasha and another weird creature thing
Venture Bros. looks ****ing great just from those clips they showed us.
Squidbillies is looking......interesting (and will be HDTV ready)
Matt Thompson said Marco hasn't been present lately because they're not happy with what his character has been doing lately and they want to rework him.
I asked Swimbuddha about how they use Real Player on AS.com. Apparently AOL Time Warner originally had a contract but he said for all they know that contract might be expired and that its about time to re-visit that issue.
I asked Jackson Publick III if the new Venture Bros. are Flash made or done traditionally, and he said it's done traditionally (pre-production work at Noodlesoup and animation over in Korea).
Craig McCracken and Lauren Faust showed up too.
Keith Crofford would still like to air Rejected someday.
Someone in the back of the audience shouted "YOU CAN DO BETTER." and mc chris pointed out that was the Elvis storm trooper. Keith Crofford said "That was a Spike executive, everybody."
New ATHFs resume August 15th.
New Sealabs resume November 14th.

You mean the clips? We were asked to shut off our cameras. I don't need anymore trouble from Turner.

Maybe complaining about how bad they're doing in ratings? or how good they're doing? New conan eps?

Well, in that case, one can only hope they put said clips on AS.com eventually.

Other than fessing up about S-cry-ed and Arjuna's likely pick up, there is nothing to say. It'd be a little early to say something about the stuff that was licenced this year (IE: Kodocha, Champloo, Gunslinger Girl and any other likely to be pitched stuff.)
