The Spy Who Came in from the Cold Richard Burton ::faints::
Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy Alec Guinness!
(hey, I'm a big John LeCarre fan... the books were better than the films, but these two films still blow all others of the genre away)
And of course,
The Third Man Joseph Cotton & Orson Welles!!! ::faints::

I loved Cloak & Dagger... but it's rather a different calibre of movie than the three I listed above.

A lot of Bond and gold..

Since you gave me the option of adding two more, I'm adding Alfred Hitchcock's
The 39 Steps (one of my all time favorite films)

I'm trying to figure out the last on my list... I'll edit this post if and when I figure out what it is.
