A Homestar question

I tried emailing the webmaster of the site about this, but got no reply.

Is it considered stealing to save some Homestar cartoons to my harddrive? I myself have a idea for a cartoon i'd like to make someday, and would not appreciate people downloading stuff of my character. Anyone know if the Brothers Chaps have a problem with this or is it okay?

In a way, I would take that to mean that you could download it for easy viewing anytime, but not to make money off it, or modify it and call it your own. Y'know, personal, non-commercial use and such. However, they do mention "such material may not be copied..." Would downloading be considered copying it? Oh, the joys of legal issues. No wonder Homestar declared it boring! :p
