What do you think of "Frumpy the Clown", a syndicated comic-strip that only lasted 2 years.
I think it's one of the best strip ever made. Sure, drawings got little scribbly in the last few strips, but it was kewl. It was syndicated thru Creators Syndicate, which I guess explains why it was so short.
Another strip I like that was syndicated during that time also from Creators is Ron Ruelle's "At the Zu". I don't think any strips of "Zu" is online, but if you search around, you might find newer strips that was renamed called "Darwin and Co." I also have an original "Zu" strip hanging in my wall.
