Yesterday while on vacation. I rented the James Bond movie, "Goldfinger". I didn't pay attension to the words at the bottom Includes the classic Pink Panther cartoon "Pinkfinger". So when I watched the video, I saw a preview for "Thunderball" and then I saw the Pink Panther. I thought it was a preview for the movies but I was wrong and it was the first Pink Panther cartoon I ever saw. Overall, I thought the cartoon was pretty funny. The animation wasn't all that great though. It was much better then the 007 flick (I like James Bond films, too). Does anyone know if Pink Panther shorts show up on other James Bond videos?

Didn't know there's a Pink Panther short in that video.

Here's a video guide to Pink Panther tapes (along with other DFE shorts)

I remember in an old tape of "You Only Live Twice" that there was a Pink Panther cartoon.

How old was the tape? Was it a Turner release? Or was it afterward when MGM got the video rights back to United Artist releases?

I didn't check the copyright date, it was an MGM video and it was part of the "Sean Connery 007" video series.
