Who In the World Is The Newsboy Legion???

I keep hearing this group name thrown around constantly and I've never seen them at all. I keep imagining a bunch of little kids Newsies style running around throwing newspapers at people ^______^

The Newboy Legion was a Joe Simon & Jack Kirby creation for DC in the 1940s. Kirby brought them back when he returned to DC in the 70s, and incoporated them into his 4th World saga.
