I mean, does anyone get it on their radio? Or on your TV?
In my area, I just heard it today, as part of TWC's Digital "Music Choice" Service. Some of the stuff I sampled included a Hilary Duff tune (one that ends, "I'd rather rescue myself,"), "Blue" by Eiffel 105 (I think that's the group/singer's name), and "Sk8ter Boi" by Avril Lavigne.
Haven't heard any songs from the Disney classic and soon-to-be classic Disney films yet, but I probably will over time.
Question: Are they still playing songs from non-Disney cartoons, such as "I Tawt I Taw a Putty Tat" or "The Universe Song" from Animaniacs?

It finally showed up in my city on an AM station last year. I don't know if they actually play songs from movies, but they ran ads billing themselves as an all preteen pop station. "Music kids love, not kid music!" Sure, right....
The Simpsons billed them as "by babies, for babies." Who let da milk ouuuut...

Radio Disney once in a great while played good music (Animaniacs, some classic disney and the greatest artist EVER Wierd Al Yankovic) now it's all the same mass-marketed, overplayed, overhyped and overmixed/edited teen pop crap, it's not so much a radio station as it is an auditory compost heap

Yeah I remember when Radio Disney played only the good stuff. Now they just play the same songs that EVERYONE plays. They should play songs from animated movies and shows considering it would make a heck of a lot more sense since it is disney.
Oh and Pep, its Eiffel 65 by the way. (I should know they are a very awesome band and I loooove them.)

Yes, I get a double dose of it. Once on cable system and again on a local radio station. It doesn't mean I have to listen to it,though.

On 7/7, Music Choice went under a major overhaul:
Renamed:
Progressive/Adult Alternative -> Adult Alternative
New Wave -> Retro-Active
Alternative Rock -> Alternative
Power Rock -> Arena Rock
Musica Latina -> Musica Urbana
Latin Love Songs -> Pop Latino
Replaced:
For Kids Only -> Radio Disney
Americana -> R&B Hits
New:
'90s

You are correct. I know because I listen to Radio Disney almost every night (We don't exactly have a Radio Disney station in my particular area, but if the signal is clear enough, you can find Radio Disney from another town somewhere on your dial.)

I checked my digital cable service here in Las Vegas, and indeed Radio Disney is now available on Music Choice here.

I think Radio Disney, up until about a month or two ago, actually had a program called 'Playhouse Disney' where they'd play songs from Disney Movies between 11 and 1. Don't know if they stopped it, because I haven't listened to RD at that time in a while.
But if they did, the only animated song they play, ad nauseum, now is 'Naked Mole Rap'. Seriously, they play it like every two hours.

Thanks for the correction! I heard "Cinderella" last night, and it isn't Hilary singing it, but the Cheetah Girls. (I'd heard that song for the first time on Friday morning.)

I think they still play the Playhouse Disney thing, but they usually stopped it in the summer... I don't listen to it much anymore... I used to list to it all the time until they played Hilary Duff sons every five minutes. (If yu are a fan of Hilary Duff, I'd you don't wanna hear what I think of her.)
