I got the official 2 disc DVD for 11 bucks(I have ways)
The set has the Original Japanese episodes on one disc and the American Episodes on Another(American episodes are not the same as the ones on the Japanese Disc, they've been localised and Japanese Culture stuff has been replaced, it's strange though because the Japanese Disc has English VA's as well) anyways, it's 135 minutes in total so even if you have to pay the normal price it's definetly still worth it. The episodes are broken up by skits that the ADV crew does(it's live action) It's probably alright, I wouldn't know really I skipped those parts I just wanted to see Milk-Chan, not ADV Wacky Hour. On the American Disc it has segments called Vintage Milk which are Newly dubbed old Japanese Episodes(the animation is different from the new American episodes that's how you can tell), oh and there are quite a few american culture references like Clear Channel Communications gets jabbed at, The President(of Everything)'s office has constabnt changing scenery(I'm surprised that in the NYC backround they left in the twin towers), oh and then there is Mr. Shin. Now Mr.Shin while brief is probably one of the funniest parts of the disc. Think Pedro From Excel Saga crossed with Mr. Rodgers, it's really auite funny...
All in all it's around a B+ as a whole...
Oh but the Japanese Disc gets an A- mainly because the initial material is left intact and there is no ADV cast crew trying to be funny...
