I know I'm not Brian but I think that I could help. I think that it automatically refreshes. I'm almost certaint.:)

I have to hit the refresh button almost every time I visit, so I think it varies from computer to computer.

If you bookmark just this board, I'd say you most likely wouldn't have to hit refesh, unless you've messed around with yoiur browser settings. I might also help if you picked "browse the board with cookies" in the control panel under "edit options".
