View Full Version : The New Action Figure Thread
Hey,
We've had a lot of people request an action figure forum over at feedback and suggestions and people were wondering where action figure news goes. So I've started this thread, from now on, all toy talk can go here.
So what toy lines do you collect? I'm partial to both Marvel Legends and Spider-Man Classics myself.
This morning, I bought 2 Spider-Man 2 toys. Super poseable Spider-Man and Magentic Spider-Man. I then saw Doc Ock a few hours later, and am now kicking myself.
Super poseable Spider-Man is simply that, too poseable. The chest articulation didn't really updating, 2 points is too much, it makes him too difficult to pose.
Magnetic Spider-Man is awesome, probably my favourite toy ever. So much fun to pose with, by sticking some thumbtacks on his hands, I've got him stuck to my notice board, similar to the pose in which the first film ended. A whole lotta fun.
I'm looking foward to the Sinister Six box set.
Your turn! What figures are you digging right now? What are you looking forward to? Talk about toys here!

My main Collections right now are:
DCAU Figures
Marvel Legends (Spider-Man & X-Men Classics included under here)
The Simpsons
& Others that can be discussed later...
I brought up Spider-Man Classics because the other day I was bored so I went to CVS, don't ask, and to my surprise saw ultra rare, I hate how figures are in fact rare, Hobgoblin. He was $8 bucks so I bought him. I have Green Goblin too so It's nice having a Goblin collection brewing.
Anyways, this''l do for now, but you ever feel inclined to actually make this into a forum, like if this is really popular.... Go ahead. ;)

I was happy as Larry when I found Hobgoblin on ebay. Once I opened it, to my horror, I realised his leg articulation wasn't attached properly, and it keeps falling off :( My Hobgoblin can't do anything other than stand on his Glider unfortunatly.

One step at a time mate ;)
Be sure to tell us when you pic up a new figure, and tell of what you thought of it. :)
That 18" Spider-Man has been tempting me for a while, can anyone who has it tell me if it's worth it?
