That's tricky! I liked Pokey and John Smith, but in the sequel it just seemed rubbish that their love meant nothing after such a climatic relationship... It just ruined it.
I have to go with Belle and the Beast... we know it was proper love because it had to break the spell, and the Beast learning to love was quite sweet, and Belle was change as she was rather sassy in her attitude.

I’ve always like Donald and Daisy. I can’t give any good reasons why other than just I’m a Donald Duck fan, they look cute together, and I’ve always enjoyed the cartoons they’re in together (old and new).

yeah Pocahontas and Smith were a sexy couple alright and i HATED how they butchered the relationship in the sequel.Beast and Beauty are rather 'sweet' as u put it...but the prince version of the beat makes me wanna puke!the beats was soo sexy but the prince looked like a pig!

Mickey and Minnie, man! They've been together for what, 70 years?
Beast and Beauty are rather 'sweet' as u put it...but the prince version of the beat makes me wanna puke!the beats was soo sexy but the prince looked like a pig!I know what you're saying there, I always felt the Beast himself was so much appealling and definitely better looking in his lovable fuzzball form than he was in his 'proper' human guise. :D
Hmmm, I think I'd say Pacha & Chicha (Emperor's New Groove), I just loved the way Chicha was on top of every situation and just plain fiesty in general, she made a great contrast / compliment to Pacha's natural laid-back character.
Mickey & Minnie's longterm partnership makes them a pretty good call too.

They probably changed the course of their relationship in order to stay true to the real story. Pocahontas does eventually marry John Rolfe and her and John Smith were always just friends. But I agree, that John Smith and Pocahontas made a good couple and it would've been great to see their romance taken to a new level.
i would say mickey and miney :)

I think its Lady and the Tramp just because of how they stuck together when Lady ran away from home except for when he abandoned her in the chicken coop. Plus the spaggetti scene is the best kiss scene out of any movie.

Bernard and Bianca from The Rescuers. It was obvious in the beginning of the film that Bernard had a crush on her, but you knew that Bianca had some interest in him when she chose Bernard to be her co-agent on the mission - a lowly janitor over all the other RAS agents.

Oh yeah I forgot about Bernard and Bianca. The ending to Rescuers Down Under was beautiful with the night sky and Bernard proposing. Bernard was kinda a fraidy cat in the movie but he was still willing to go after her when she was captured and when Cody fell into the water and was almost swept away by a waterfall. And its only really good Disney sequal out there too.

I'm at a crossroads here. I'm gonna have to say Belle and the Beast. They got off to a shaky start but soon they grew to love one another. And yeah,Beast's beast form is better than his real form.

Yup, me and my mate always complain about how the beast is fugly as a human. Maybe he's not *that* fugly, but he looks odd with blonde hair, and he had beast eyes as a human... also, it was just for a snippet we saw him, and we didn't really know if he was as sweet as the Beast we'd gotten accustomed too. But in general, he suits the look of the Beast because his insecurities and character are made obvious, as well as his voice changing.
They could have made him more dashing Eric stylee... *swoon*

Man, you're sick, sick, sick!!
I wonder how many on this board have seen "Plane Crazy" where Mickey & Minnie's relationship got off to a pretty rough start or "The Barn Dance" where he loses her to a rival. A cat, of all things, too!

Lady and the Tramp. I get all giggly everytime I think of them. She's high society, but she could care less about her place in life; and just because she's a lady, that doesn't mean she's too much of a damsel to bear her teeth. He's from the other side of the tracks, but he's not down about his place in life. And he still knows how to act like a gentleman because he took her out for Italian! Awwwwww!

Melody looked like a man cos they tried to get her to be exactly half Ariel and half Eric. Eric would have liked Belle, she can sing - that's all he cared about really! Also Lumiere and Fifi! Fifi is a really pretty Disney girl, if not that, then the prettiest. Woulda thought the Prince woulda loves her before the curse was on him.

Not a real couple; but...Jafar/Maleficent. I thought of it while watching a scene in the PS2 game Kingdom Hearts.
They both wear black; have staffs; keep birds as pets/minions, and can transform into abnormally large reptiles.

Thank you so much for pointing out Jafar and Maleficent as a best couple. That also goes for: Percival Mcleach and Madame Medusa, Frollo and Lady Tremaine, Gaston and Evil Queen, Clayton and Yzma (both villians are set in the Jungle), Captain Hook and Cruella De Vil (Cruella De Vil is a rich lady, right? Well, Captain Hook is a pirate, thus he has treasure), Hades and Ursula, and Horned King and Queen of Hearts (although a better suitor for Queen of Hearts would be a humanizied version and king version of Prince John). I don't know about Chernabog, though, maybe a female Genie. And, Madame Mim and the guy from Anastasia and the Headless Horseman and the Witch from Snow White, but this can be varied.
If I had to choose, the top three would be: Mickey and Minnie, Donald and Daisy, and Horace and Clarabelle (Goofy and Clarabelle do not go together, besides Goofy can not get himself a date, because of his stubbornness, but if I had to choose one for him, I would choose, it would be his old girlfriend: Penny (Mrs. Goof). If not, then I have no idea. What about Mirage? Don't ask.
I think the Disney movie couples are good, too, but they could have been better. For example: Hercules and Ariel, Eric and Belle, the Beast and some half human-half animal version of Scar's wife from Lion King 2 (what about Mirage? or maybe Yzma), and Prince Philip and Megara. The others can work as they already are.
Anyway, this is the best I can come up with. Anyway, to the thread post above me, Jafar and Maleficent were not only together in "Kingdom Hearts", but they were also seen sitting together on the "House of Mouse" episodes: "Max's Embarrasing Date", "Mickey vs. Shelby", and "The Mouse Who Came to Dinner (in the third, they were seen at a table with other villians, but Jafar and Maleficent were next to each other).

I cannot understand why I'm the only one here who loves THIS couple!

Crandall & Brenda ("Teamo Supremo")
If I listed Disney couples in the order I was a big fan of them, this one would be right at the top. Just look at these screenshots! They're like the cutest Disney couple ever! I don't care if people think "Teamo Supremo" is a loser cartoon; I like it enough to have taped every episode ever made! And not only do they look cute together, but the show has also dropped some evidence that they have a thing for each other. It's kind of hard to give the real reason I like Crandall & Brenda as a couple so much; I may have liked this pairing ever since "Teamo Supremo" first came out. Maybe my cyber-girlfriend says it best: "I think that it's cute how close they are, especially considering they're so young." Well said. It annoys me very much that they didn't get together at the end of the series, but at least I can always write about them in fanfics.

On the subject here, I'm also partial to:
Tito & Georgette ("Oliver & Company"), because it's not often Disney pulls off the gag they did with these two.
Chip & Gadget ("Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers"), because they also look cute.
Darkwing & Morgana ("Darkwing Duck"), because it's not often Disney has their hero character fall for a sexy villainess who eventually turns good later on.
Bonkers & Fawn ("Bonkers"), because like DAFT says, they're "one of toondom's cuter couples".
Genie & Eden ("Aladdin"), Iago & Thundra ("Aladdin"), and Anastasia & the Baker ("Cinderella II"), because sidekicks and/or minions can use love interests.
Kim & Ron ("Kim Possible"), because it's fairly obvious they're meant for each other.
Fillmore & Ingrid ("Fillmore!"), even though I never really watched the show.

Minnie and Mickey. I mean they're the longest couple in America.I'm not a big fan of them because A) there's no fun in supporting them as a couple, and B) Minnie was a total wuss in "The Three Musketeers".
Xanatos and Fox. Gotta give it up for a pair of baddies that made it together.Word word WORD! Fox complements Xanatos perfectly, and in a way no other female character could. They easily make it into my top five couples list.
I'd also like to add Scrooge McDuck and Mrs. Beakley, even thought it's not canon, for the same reasons. Despite being in the servant role, she managed to keep up with Scrooge, intelectually, and never let him, or the kids, order her around. Plus, she managed to keep him grounded in reality, something which Scrooge desperately needs.

Have to go w/Daisy & Donald . Seeing their relationship, both past & present, has been a lot of fun. How Daisy can cope w/Donald's temper is more than I can fathom. She's a good one to stay in a relationship like that ! But, I think, deep down, Donald's really a sweetie. Who can not love him?;) :D

Aladdin and Jasmine. Remember the ep. where Jas was turning into a snake? Good stuff
That episode was called "Eye of the Beholder", and it's what makes Aladdin and Jasmine my number 1 couple.
Although I do like Darkwing/Morganna, Broadway/Angela (you do have to admit, they give Elisa/Goliath and Xanatos/Fox a run for their money), and Goofy/Clarabelle (up until House of Mouse, I always assumed Clarabelle was Max's mom).
Sorry Mickey and Minnie, maybe if you guys actually commit. Sure, it took Aladdin 3 movies and a whole bunch of episodes to marry Jasmine, but he still did it. That's more than I can say for the mice.

I’ve always like Donald and Daisy. I can’t give any good reasons why other than just I’m a Donald Duck fan, they look cute together, and I’ve always enjoyed the cartoons they’re in together (old and new).I'd agree there. There is more of an actual sense of sexuality between the two characters that did not exist between Mickey and Minnie. Scenes where Daisey sits at the end of the love seat, hip jutted outward at an angle, and her tail motioning in a "come on over" gesture is an example.
