I found these text in some site x-men evolution. Tell me is these true? Ihope it is!
X-Men: Evolution Season 5 -- My uncle is a representative for WB! and he just called me to tell me that a Petition was filed to get a 5th season for X-Men: Evolotion and he said there was a unanimous decision to bring back X_Men: Evolution. They said the ratings for the show would have to be approved for them to consider the Petition. The rating say that 3 out 5 homes tune into X-Men: Evolution. The 5th season sometime next fall. They will mostly cover the Phoenix saga. And Mr. Sinister will take part in the 5th season. WB would like to thank everyone who participated in the Petition. Congratulations!!!
Is these true?

I have made this its own thread because it was completely off-topic in the thread which it was originally posted in. The thread in which you originally posted this thread was talking about X-Men: The Animated Series, not X-Men: Evolution, which is what your question is about.

Though personally, I'd be happy if either Kid's WB or Cartoon Network (preferrably the second one) would just rerun the 4th season, I'd love to see a 5th. It'd be great if the info was correct, but I don't want to get my hopes up again just yet.

The fact that it started with someone claiming to have a relative involved in the production automatically means it's a bad attempt at a hoax. No further proof needed.
X-Men: Evolution is OVER. People need to accept it.

X-Men: Evolution is OVER. People need to accept it.The end was only the beginning...If they want to retell those ol' dusted 1960's storyline in a more 'modern' way, then: why not? Spiderman had FOUR if not five series til now.
I'm never tired of decent superhero cartoons. The rumors of fifth season are about since April. But this one is a lowly hoax, indeed. A mix of rumors that have been (new season in September and a petition to bring Evo back - the latter somewhere on this forum) with a tinge of authority (fictional WB representative).

I think the chances of Evo returning for another season are pretty much gone, unless X3 turns out to be a smash hit and Marvel decides to revive it(but that's in 2006...).
I do wonder about the chances of Marvel doing an Evo DTV, though. Would be nice...

I agree with Obsidian - chances are very slim. Oh yeah - the 'uncle' is a dead giveaway for a hoax. The animation crew all are working on new (if unnamed) projects.
If they did produce a Direct To Video project - I'd buy it.

If there was going to be a 5th season, it'd be airing next month so WB could have it out of the way by November for it's winter programming.
