This is a very odd title I'm trying to identify and hopefully someone here will be able to identify the movie with this strange description.
I saw this animated feature it on television sometime from the mid to late 80s, when I was still a little kid. It was probably on Nickelodeon or the Disney Channel(when the Disney Channel was a premium station without commercials or much originally produced programming).
From what I can remember it was about an older brother who returns to his family who live on a farm and he's become magic or just mysterious or something. Then he starts turning the village people into people shaped, brown blocks that slowly walk away from the village and build themselves into a castle for the brother. Then I think the little sister runs around the castle trying to get her brother to stop.
One image I remember most of all was the sister standing on this ramp shaped formation in the castle and someone was attacking her with magic lightning or something.
It may have been an anime or it may have been from any number of countries. Does anyone have a clue what I'm talking about?
