THANK CAPIZZI'S COMET! I KNEW THIS DAY WOULD COME!

I thank this page for telling us that our beloved show will be back.

HOPEFULLY, they'll keep the same style and characters as the AWESOME original animated series... otherwise, i'd be forced to hate it...

I knew you'd be happy to hear that... ;)

...although I dunno if KWB's going to be airing it. At the rate it's going, though, it's probably for the best.

And who knows? The original MIB was still a success, and the producers of the show are not likely going to make new designs for an MIB show when old ones already exist. So the old style will probably remain the same! :)

A possibility remains that they'd make it CGI, I suppose. Maybe hire Mainframe to animate it.

I sure hope they keep it the same. I posted an open letter about that on my web page.

When I saw the headline here at toonzone, I was in shock... I screamed REALLY LOUDLY and I have started crying with joy. If it ends up on KWB or CN, i'll have both! For the first time ever, I'll actually have the show! Im so happy.... i could cry some more!

im praying they just re-launch the show... i think they could do some cool take off of the endgame syndrome. The MIB did neuralyze everyone and they can create a historical cover up. They can add characters, i dont care.... they need to keep the ones they got now and the style because I love MIB and Elle ROCKS!

Im such a wuss... im so happy, im still crying!

Well, I never said I wanted a CGI MIB show, but the possibility remains because Sony and Mainframe have worked together in the past.

Though I bet you wouldn't weep a tear if X died a gruesome demise...say, getting underfoot while the rocket transports are refueling and getting a little too close to the exhaust (heh heh)...I considered something nasty for Zeeltor as well, but truthfully he's a pretty nice guy, even if that kooky schtick of his wears a tad thin after a while...but anyway...I'm hoping it won't turn out like that new Ghostbusters show, with the old cast semiretired or revoiced and some fresh-faced kids in black.
Maybe K and J face some strange new challenge, like the aforementioned neuralyzing of a blind man. I can see it now, Zed raging, "Hundred of hours of manpower and millions of dollars worth of top-of-the-line alien hardware thwarted...by a stupid cataract?" ;)

well... kids love X and i guess they'll have to keep him.
As for Zeeltor, I love that guy! Awesome character and i can't help but crack up laughing every time he cheerily delivers bad news!

Someone I know was at a convention and Gregg berger (Kay) was there and he said he had a feeling the show would be back. I'd guess the original voices and style would be back because it IS a very popular show. They need to tone down on worm alien plots, and I'd say they'd do good. All they really need to do is re-launch the cartoon. Maybe now people wont bug me when they say "Kay? In the cartoon? Didn't he get brain fried in the film?"

it's kinda weird now. I don't know what to expect. Hopefully it's just a re-launch of the show, hehe.

I'll put up with X just to have MIB on my OWN tv for once in my life!

I'm very happy to hear that MiB: The Series will back next year! I'm looking forward to what they do with it this time around, and I really hope that they'll keep Agent X and Zeeltor, as well as continue to do the cartoon in the same animation style.

Hey Avran, I don't notice the MIB Agent in your avatar? Is that an oriiginal?

Hi Dick! :) My avatar is from a screenshot that Delia did. It's from a picture of Jay standing beside another MiB - she is one of the "anonymous" MiBs that you'll see in some of the episodes. Here's the picture:

I'm pretty certain that they'll try to grab some new viewers and not neccessarily go for the fans of the original "MiB" series. Personally, I think it would be neat if Mainframe animated a CGI "MiB" series, as long as they keep the original voices.

I am not interested in a CGI MIB series. I want to see the return of the original style.

if they wanna have it cancelled all over again theyll go and screw with it. It lasted 4 years the old way and it will last if they keep it same
