Once again, I find myself doing a talkback for somebody. Hasn't Spiderman taught you anything about responsibility and power, and... wrestling Randy Savage... ?

Lil Porkchop: In a show with multiple segments (like 2 eleven minute segments, or 3 7 minute segments) sometimes there's one segment you want to see so much because of something important happening that you aren't as entertained by the segments before or after then you normally are. In this case, my anticpation for "Skarred For Life" may have made me not like "Lil Porkchop" as much. Still a pretty fun segment though. Fairly short to. I clocked around 10 minutes. I guess Billy's developing into being an animal lover or something like that (except for bugs. See "Crawling Niceness" and "Daddy's Little Terror" for why). Favorite part was when the Fish got big. And Billy's Dad going fishing. Otherwise, pretty eh. At least, thinking about it now.
Skarred For Life: Now here's the short I wanted to see. I'll tell the review thought by thought
- Nice opening with the Pizzaman delivering. I hope you all got the Lord Of The Rings refrence. The Precious demands it!
- I guess there's a reason why we never see Billy's Direct Next door neighbors: he drives them crazy. Like the couple who were trying to move into the house.
- Enter Skarr. Loved the dialogue with the crazy old guy delivering the geltain loaf with some fruit and stuff in it, also telling him to beware of the house.
- I kind of feared that this would turn into a "Billy bugs Skarr for about 11 minutes and drives him crazy" segment. Thankfully, it wasn't.
- Cool seeing the old General Skarr uniform. But the cooler part came next.
- We finally learn the fate of Evil Con Carne truthfully: Network executives canned it in order to stop the compettition with the other show (Billy and Mandy). Very funny, and informative scene. I doubt the little kids who didn't realize that Evil Con Carne is cancelled and that the CN executives only renewed Grim Adventures would get it though.
- Grim kind of looked Badass weilding the scyth around. That would change later.
- So we see here that Skarr tried to become a good neighbor after he wasn't a general anymore, but the thirst for power of the Sycth was too much for him.
- I hope I wasn't the only one who got the G Gundam Refrence. "Take my love, my pain, and all of my anger!". Re-edited to make it more correct.
- The kids trick Grim into pretending he's a little girl and then they'll release him. He seemed to take it a bit too far.
- LOL when Skarr got out of his robot and just grabbed the scyth.
- Of course, look who gets to ruin the fun: Mandy. He may of had his torments on Evil Con Carne, but seeing Skarr squirm in front of her made her seem far more evil then Hector could ever be. She's a pretty girl alright. Twisted with dark corrput energy that you don't want to mess with.
- I wouldnt' blame Skarr for becoming a wreck after that. That isn't the case though.
- The twist is, that we think that Schmigel-Skarr is telling the story, but it's just that old crazy guy from before, who was suppose to be watching the regular Skarr's house. Officaly make this my favorite Grim Adventures Of Billy and mandy Segment ever. I hope Skarr stays a neighbor. He's fun. And what else is he going to do, stay in cartoon obscurity/cancellation like the rest of his co-stars on his old show?

I'm not really the kind of guy who would write a lot about 2 episodes, so I'll just make it quick.
- Lil Pork Chop was pretty funny, although I thought it was a bit boring (drying up and getting tanned was histerical). It was also pretty funny when Billy's dad didn't realize he wasn't finshing. But it was nowhere as good as "Skarred For Life"
- Skarred For A Life was really great. I like how they included the real story of his past. And like DSR Girl said, it would be really fun having Skarr as Billy's neighbor. They really should make more episodes with Skarr in it.
Quote - I hope I wasn't the only one who got the G Gundam Refrence. "Take this, my anger, my despair, and all of my sorrow." I'll re-edit to make it more correct later.
Yeah, I forgot where it came from, although it did sound sort of familiar.

Favorite Quote:
Billy: Look at me, look at me! I'm a used car salesman!
EDIT - Also the line is:
Skarr: Take this, my love, my sorrow, & all of my anger.

Other favorite jokes of "Skarred For Life":
- The Hot Pants Ray Gun (espically when Billy used it to Shrink down Grim's Pants. Wait, he wears pants?).
- Skarr making some Cornbread.
- Skarr's robot having to limbo out of the garage in order not to break it.
- The horrible mistakes that were mentioned. (Espically the last one. "Well that was horrible mistake number four. I'm not very reliable!").

part #1
is it wierd in here.. is one of the better mandy intro sequences this show has had.
latex, huh?? no wonder my mom got sick at a seafood place last year in florida. but not this year. though she wasnt' as quite as happy when she got back.
does irwin have a big brother?
no no no no no no no no no no no. heh heh heh heh.
poor little porkchop.
ahhh , it's a pelican, pelican.. a pelican!!! i like pelicans. i have a lot of ty ones btw. a lot of them.
chutney is kinda cool, even if he didn't have to worry about dying.
grim trying to help.... now that's a mistake.
pork chop big.. wow, i guess von strangle did the voice for him, or his va.
billy had learned to care from being scared to death, by his spider son, btw..
and speaking of grandpa and his son pelican..
i feel sorry for porkchop now. at least billy's heart in the right place.. but sadly he doesn't understand. though he did remember his fish in dea... ehm.
billy's dad.. now i'm real worried about that fish  but, on a plus side, it's nice they remember the pelican.
part 2
that's one scary customer. wierd i should try to get back into the pizza biz on a premiere night like this.
if at first you don't suceed.
i wish zim would have scared people half as much as billy did. maybe then zim'd still have been on the air.
now that 'always come back'.. that's scary richard horvitz classic.
aah! its skarr!!! i guess that episode where mandy buys out the rabbit island of evil con carney.. might be canon.
mister skarr to you.
shame skarr never got any of his dreams to come true.
hot pants ray gun. hehe.
boy.. skarr really had some great dreams.. once. once.
make it stab me!?! you sure this is a kids show!!?!?
now that woofin' pig.. he's cool. shame we didn't see grim's new evil hot pants.. just yet!?
nice ... underwear!?!
rejecting myself, huh? not happening.
that suit is pretty nice. and i do see it was a nice gundam line.
aww my ... grim really wants to be free, huh?!?!
grim vs skarr.. can't end well. especially in grim's state of mind.
boy.. mandy really put that skarr in a horrible mind.
'no' for a pizza. wow. shame.
well, next week i hope to get back to working at a pizza place. i've been not doing that a while.. have i?
a fair episode for the fishy one, in fact slightly above fair just because that guy from fop who does von strangle did have a role in this one, if brief..... but the skarr half was the greater one..... and i really do agree, at least if billy and mandy do get one more season after this one, they should involve skarr. at least they showed carne on a grim episode, why not more of skarr.. the real carrier of that series to its end?
posted just because the pell i khan,

I didn't catch enough of Lil Pork Chop to form an opinon of it, but I liked Skarred For Life, especially the G Gundam refrence, "Look I'm a used car salesman!", Grim going crazy and thinking he's a girl, and the twist at the end with "Cursed!" neighbor being behind the door. I wonder if we'll see Skarr again in the series?

EDIT - Also the line is:
Skarr: Take this, my love, my sorrow, & all of my anger.
No, the line is "Take my love, my pain, and all of my anger!". I specfically watched the segment again at 10:30 to make sure that was correct. And also, I may of just found my favorite Billy and Mandy segment ever.
make it stab me!?! you sure this is a kids show!!?!?
It's a kids show. I gotta admitt though that thinking back on it, I'm surprised they passed that scene. Then again, I don't think the editting of CN Originals is as harsh as one might think. You can get a lot passed in the TV-Y7 FV on this network apparently.
aww my ... grim really wants to be free, huh?!?!I think it may be more then that though, since Grim still pretended to be one
even after Mandy said they were just kidding. Grim's kinda weird like that I guess.

Lil' Porkchop was okay. But it was mostly about Billy "helping" his pet fish. ;)
Skarred for Life is so far the best episode for the new season. So the Evil ConCarne crew got bought off by the entertainment board. I wonder if Ghastly will appear in Billy & Mandy? After she is a mad scientist. ;) I loved it when Billy kept bugging Skarr into being evil again. I thought that it was Skarred who was narrating the story but it was the creepy old man. :D
Best Quotes:
"The size of fish isn't what's important, it how you cook them!"~Billy's Dad
"They'll be back. They'll always be back..."~Billy
"Take this! My love, my sorrow, and all of my anger!"~Skarr

First segment: Terrible. Mainly because Maxwell Atoms is bringing the FUNNY to the show in this season, and Brett Varon can't write.
Segment 1 grade: 2 out of 5
Second segment: PERFECT. The whole thing with Billy telling Skarr to stab him was hysterical. The phone call hilarious. Used Car salesman line, brilliant and stupid. Mandy seemed overly creepy, but it was a change for the best, Grim blissfully skipping away from Skarr was hilarious.
Segment 2 grade: 4.5 out of 5

Wow, those were really really funny....
5/5
Probably the first 5/5 I've ever given a Grim episode. Might not be the last if this keeps up.
~:knd4:
Thrice as dumb as you.
CH Greenblatt is working on this show now, eh? No wonder the second segment was so funny.

You already missed it. They air the new episodes usually in the morning after the Looney Tunes show on Saturdays.

That's why I said he can also catch it on Sundays at 6:30 PM. Or at least tape it, if he's busy with his jobs.
