Great that they showed rare goodies. I missed it, but I already have these cartoons on tape anyway. :)

Not much people seem to even be surprised to see all these rare goodies on T&J lately. Am I the ONLY one who enjoyed seeing the rare cartoons on last Saturday's T&J show? At least CN's got enough decency to do this, and I applaud them for this. Let's see some more rare goodies.

I haven't taped as much overnight because I think I have anything of the LT variety that CN would show late at night, but that's great, I guess that's 3 shows now featuring rare Tom and Jerry cartoons. If they can do it by redubbing Mammy's voice, it's okay by me, because these are the funniest Tom and Jerry cartoons, to me, anyway. I still think they ought to be available on video or DVD unaltered though.

Also I meant to add that it seems every year in the October-November period, that's when CN shows a lot of rare cartoons. I remember that week of Thanksgiving last year where they showed a whole BUNCH of rare cartoons (which many of us call "The Best Week of Cartoon Network").

I think it's great that they are broadcasting the T & J episodes with Mammy, but even with the 'dubbed' voice and showing them late at night, I still deem it as censorship, pure & simple.
