Hi. A friend of mine was asking me to explain what the DEO is/does, earlier, and while I can tell him the basics (they police metas, imprisoned/experimented on Secret and scores of other children, Oliver Queen doesn't like them and neither does APES, etc.), I know there's a lot I'm leaving out. This led me to wonder if there's any sort of concise DEO biography floating around on the internet that is both detailed and moderately up to date. He's a Secret fan (like me) so he's also wondering what exactly Project Smoke and Mirror is (was) supposed to be. I tried some Googling, but the best I got was a roleplaying manual and a bunch of stuff that went to actual government agencies. Any help/info would be greatly appriciated. Thanks.
