Interesting voting results this time around.
Everyone said in their ballot about how tough it was to pick only three people. And most of the voting was pretty scattered, with every avatar getting at least a few votes. (Someone even tried to give my avatar a million votes; appreciate the thought! :D )
As a result, almost everyone wound up with between three and eight votes. But this is where the genius of "weighted voting" comes in. Although almost everyone had a different list of names on their ballot, three names popped up more often than most. And one of those appeared on almost EVERY ballot.
Pulling away from the pack were DarkAngel with 11 votes:

and Birdboy with 15.

But no recounts were needed for the number one position. With 29 votes total, optimal321 ran away with the contest entirely. Congratulations!

Everyone else really does deserve an honorable mention; as I said, below those three it was pretty much an 18-way tie.
Coming later this month: The Thanksgiving Avatar Contest!
