This is, I think, a good topic that hasn't been done before, so forgive me if I'm wrong. On to the topic. Out of all the x-men comic books, which single issue do you think is most 'R'. Remember, while R can be for violence or sexually explicit material, it also represents a maturity level. Have fun.

Just wanted to jump in here with a quick reminder that TZ is an ALL-AGES site. Please try and keep that in mind when responding in this thread - let's not get too graphic or explicit.

From what pathetically little (http://forums.toonzone.net/showthread.php?t=113353) I've seen, I'd have to say the X-Men Annual where they go to Hell with Dr. Strange.

Here's some of my picks:
Bill Sienkeiwicz's artistic run on New Mutants (18-31), has some of the most intense sequences ever, especially 18-20.
The X-Men: God Loves Man Kills Graphic Novel
The Heroes for Hope one-shot
The Storm and Illyana: Magik Limited Series
UXM#191.

Ultimate, ironically, was pretty darn edgy during Millar's run. I use the word "ironically" because those of us who were around in 2000 might remember that it was supposed to be the kid-friendly line. That lasted for the first four or five issues of Ultimate Spider-Man.
Anyhow, I'm only partially through Millar tenure, but so far, I've seen Jean and Wolvie get it on, and witnessed Magneto kill a man by ripping out his pacemaker. That's some pretty risque stuff.
