How do you guys store them? I use shoe boxes under the bed personally.
The wifey is starting to get mad  so I have to find a more space saving method.
I should invest in some comic book boxes.
How do you guys store them?

Two long boxes, two short boxes, current age bags.
Though, my plan for the summer is to replace all current age bags with silver age bags and boards, and possibly find a better place to put the boxes (might convert two long + two short into four long boxes), with such limited room.

As of now most of my comics are stored in longboxes, which I use because I understand they are less acidic and they keep them out of the light, reasonably protected from bugs. I worry boxes that aren't designed for paper might damage the books, basically eat them, where they come into contact with them. I have some that were stored in open cardboard boxes for years and they look worse for wear.
I have a lot of bags, but I really haven't invested in bagging my whole collection. It's partly because having my books sealed up that way annoys me when I want to look at them.
Things I've found, personally, one must watch for include: stacking boxes of comics. If you don't make sure they are pressed down even in the box the tops can bend. You also have to watch for bugs, especially if you use tasty regular carboard boxes. I had part of my collection actually eaten by what I guess were termites. And humidity is not your friend. If the temperature changes a lot where your comics are they'll warp. I know a guy who has a lot of overpriced comics in a local antique store that have some nasty warping.
I have about 30 longboxes worth of comics, most are stored this way, except for some that I put in a coffeemaker box because I ran out of shortboxes.

I store mine in longboxes, some bagged, some not. I mostly only worry about bagging older issues, back when these things were still printed on newsprint, because I want to keep them from yellowing too much. But I'm not concerned about the condition of my comics at all, actually, as long as they are readable. I never, ever, ever intend to sell them. I sold my whole collection once and have regretted it ever since.
Those plain white long boxes look pretty dismal by themselves, so with my wife's help, I came up with an idea to decorate them. I took issues I either didn't want any more or had doubles of, and cut all the cool panels and pictures out of them. Then I used a solution of Elmer's glue and water to apply them to the long boxes (sort of like paper mache), in one bix continuous collage of random comics images. When it was dry, I sprayed a heavy clear gloss sealing coat onto them. They look amazing!

I have all the books in comic bags with backboards. The backboards are on about 70% of collection. They are also stored in short comic boxes two high in a crawl space out of light.

I haven't even thought about cardboard boxes or bugs eating my comics
99% of my collection is bagged/board.

So far I only have twenty comics, but I just stack them up on my shelves in my room. Not the best way, but when I get a huge comic book collection, I'll most likely put them in plastic bins or cardboard boxes. Once again, not the best plan, but atleast its something.
