Have anyone heard of the new comic Powerless?It seems good too me what do you think?It comes out 30 of June

From what I've heard about it, it sounds interesting. I plan on getting it when it comes out.

This also something I plan on getting. I think it is great when we get to see the more human side of our heroes and this looks to be one of thos kinds of mini series.

I'm torn. I think there's a good deal of promise in the premise (try saying that five times fast), but I'm getting very weary of these superhero deconstructionist projects. There's a very genuine risk of runaway pretention (see: It's a Bird, from Vertigo), and I think it's kinda silly to expect people to work up interest over characters that have been stripped of their defining attributes (except for Murdock, who's blindness is far more his defining element than his superpower).

I also have qualms with the lineup. Murdock and Parker are smart choices, but I don't think I'd choose Wolverine for this sort of thing (overlooking the obvious continuity problem that he'd be well over 100 years old without his power). I'm not sure who I'd substitute, but there's got to be better options. Perhaps one of the Fantastic Four? Or, to really mix things up, what about a villian like Magneto?
