Metallo from the TRU 4 Pack...

Does the Metallo figure from the TRU "Superheroes VS Supervillains" 4 Pack also come with a kryponite heart?

Just curious.

I just started to collect STAS figures, the reason why I started collecting was the release of the Lois 4 Pack. I always thought a Superman line was pointless without but now since they made one... :)

Actually for STAS there's not so much to collect right?

All you need is:

TRU Pack with Lois, Lex, Brainiac
TRU Pack with Supergirl, Metallo, Bizarro
Darkseid
Neutron Star SM
Anti Kryptonite SM
Deep Dive SM
The red car (because of the Clark Kent figure)
and I also wanna have the Kryptonite Escape figure... (it looks cool)

I'm pretty sure that is all you need. But I'm not to much into the figures. I would be though but I don't know where to buy them at.

I thought Darkseid was an European issue figure, I could neve find it here in the US. Anyone else got it?...

Oh, and on topic with this post, you might want to get the "Quick change Clark Kent/Superman". Clark looks a little silly, but the Superman is cool!!

To tell you the truth I don't even know. I remember someone sending it to me awhile back, but I never used it. Do you really like it? I thought I wasn't going to use it ever. But at least someone likes it. If you look closely you can see Batman in his right eye.

Getting back on subject....

Metallo in the STAS 4-pack? It sucks, frankly. It's painted a dull brown, instead of the shiny silved the Euro release had. I'd seek out the Euro release if you like the character and design (like me!). Yeah, the STAS four-pack version does have the Kryptonite heart.

As for Darkseid, way I heard it was it went through an extremely limited release in the US, and then was released a little wider in Europe. There was also a Superman/Darkseid two-pack released in Europe that's pretty cool.

I got one, but only because I worked at a comic store at the time. Darkseid was released in the second wave (which was mostly the first wave with some substitutions), where he was one per case and replaced Brainiac as the only villain (besides Luthor) in the assortment. Needless to say, he disappeared pretty fast.

I was lucky. My girlfriend now ex-girlfriend was in England at the time of the release of Darkseid. So she picked one up for me. You might also consider getting the Fortress of Solitude Superman. I have him the only difference from the show is he still has his S Shield on him. And getting a Two-face so you can head swap Lex and give him a business suit. Its an amazingly easy custom believe me.

I already tried to make an appropriate Bruce Wayne figure, unfortunately the whole suit got messed up when I tried to paint it :(

Keep trying. That's how it starts. My first custom was an animated Flash out of (of all things) a BTAS Batman. Not only was the base a horrible choice, the paint job was awful (you couldn't really tell if it was a lightning bolt on his chest).
