Who did the voice of Hro in Starcrossed? At least I believe that was the name of Hawkgirl's exboyfriend. He sounded a lot like the guy who did Xanatos in Gargoyles, Janathin Frakes I think.

He's one of those character actors who seems to pop up randomly, like as the Cuban plumber in Nixon, Buck in Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me, Captain Ferrar in Amistad, and Joaquin Murrieta - Antoino Banderas' slain brother - in The Mask of Zorro. ("Hey, I thought you were tied up." "That is because you are stupid.") He's been associated with b.t. since the Beyond series, having done more than a few secondary characters across the line, like the Master Assassin in the Curare episodes and the Invulnerable Man in Mind Games. I guess they wanted to give Victor a major character this time.

Johnathan Frakes played Commander Riker on Star Trek: The Next Generation. I thought his voice sounded kind of like him too.
