Story:
The cartoon studio is haunted by some evil cartoon villians including some Scooby Doo Ghosts,Sam the Pirate,and Other Cartoon villians.So the cartoon crew including Shaggy and Scooby have to stop the villians taking over the studios.

Well, it seems that Scrappy did himself in. They found him in a cheap hotel room in Denver. He overdosed on stale Scooby snacks, whiskey and oxycontin.
