I find most of anime rouges galleies to be very lame. DBZ and RW is the only ones whit cool villains. I also fond legato to be a better villain then nives. Nives was just a annoying cry baby. Hes plans made no sence what so ever. He was worst then a babi.

probably...you know...i really can't think of a corny laugh from any villans at the moment. i can think of a multitude of corny laughs from heros...take Kusinagi from the Blue Seed Omakes.

what do you mean by attitude? (answering a question with a question equals impolite, so lets scratch that and just answer the question)

i think that Legato had one of the best attitudes of the bad guys ive seen in anime. the nihilistic attitude is one that is genrelly not used very often, or quite as well. also i think that a good megolamaniacal villan was LGJ (Lord God Jinnia). he was just the thing the Buggrum needed to lead them to victory...damn that Mizohara for screwing things up again.

You need a bad guy with a corny laugh once and a while, but if your looking for terrible voice's tune in on Rave Master and watch the shadow gaurd take pathetic singing to a new level..literally..

Corniest laugh has to go to the dub version of any villain from Sailor Moon, especially Emerald. Gosh that was corny and awful. Also Nanami from SKU.

Best evil attitude goes to Ohtori AKio from SKU. No contest there. :) You don't even get how outright bad the boy can be until the whole series wraps.

I don't know if she counts as a villian; but I'd have to pick Naga the Serpent from the Slayers movies as the villian with the best evil laugh. I know its supposed to be annoying, but I actually love it :D
