The intro theme song with lyrics first premiered on ABCFamily. I guess when CN acquired TS, they decided to make their own version. At least, they had a the new version for the first season's episode. I'm not sure why they reverted back to the original theme song for Season 2...

Season 1 is supposed to have the theme song, no lyrics, season 2 with lyrics by moonbaby...

Cartoon Network has season 1 eps with the non-lyrics theme, then the first 12 eps of season 2 have the lyrics by moonbaby theme song..and after six months when the rest of season 2 began to air, apparently CN started airing the new season 2 eps with the season 1 theme.... so now, because of this, there are only about 13 eps with the season 2 theme and 30 something with the season 1 theme... :(

According to the TSPA's recent interview with David Michel, season 3 will have an all new opening theme song (3D effect) and the ending credits will be different too. :)

That's OK, because I like the non-lyrics version better anyway. It's less, erm, girly. ;)

Also, notice one Season 1 episode, Incredible Shrinking World, actually does use the Moonbaby theme song. Why for that solitary Season 1 episode, and not the rest? Nobody knows.

For that matter, since we know Cartoon Network likes screwing with the theme songs, how do we know that they'll actually air the new Season 3 theme, and not just paste its own theme over it?

hearing a theme song was a surprise!! I liked it but I like the no lyrics version to! :) wish CN would like have half the eps with lyrics and half without and include the new ones that are coming for next season to :) http://members.aol.com/kimminakochan/chicken.gif

Yup, i noticed that too... its because, i remember when Cartoon Network first aired the eps all once... they just kept skipping "Shrinking" and "Soul Collector" --and airing other eps before those two aired, that i guess Shrinking was a little out of place that they accidentally aired the season 2 theme with it... Also, some episodes have the Marathon prod. sign before the theme song...

And then theres the matter of "Starstruck"... why they keep airing it as the 25th episode... when its #215.

Your right! :D That's what they were supposed to do... I'm guessing but, screwed up... They REALLY need to stop airing the eps in production order... :(
