I just noticed alot this when I was watching the show.
In a recent ep where he was fighting a dual version of himself, an incarnation of all his evil (he was having a bad day, and got kind of mad) anyway I think this may have been some kind of playing out of the pushing out of evil that many reigions teach their followers to do. I think that the entire battle between the two of them may not have even happened, I think it might have all been inside Jack. I love his line
"I know you're watching, these tricks are starting to annoy me!!!"
Then there was an episode where he said
"Aku's deception runs deep, it can corrupt even good hearts."
consider that Aku is Jappanesse for evil and then substitue.
"Evil's deception runs deep, it can corrupt even good hearts."
I could point to a bunch of other ones. I wonder if this is some kind of thing related to Tartakosky's on religious beliefs?
Also my mom swears that she saw some kind of Bible parrallel in the 1st episode when he fights Aku, that he was suppouse to be a Christ like figure and that Aku was suppouse to be Satan. I don't know if that was intended though, anyone else find this interesting.
