The Bouncer 2 Petition (it won't hurt to sign, please!)

The one game in the world that I've wanted to spawn a sequal. Please I need y'all's help! Gamers everywhere, even if you've never played The Bouncer for PS2. Please sign the petition, it's not like it'll hurt to sign, you'll only be helping the game community.

Die-hard Bouncer fans everywhere have been waiting for The Bouncer 2 since it was first rumered. Yet it's a dream so so far away. If we work together we can get our sequal.

Besides, wouldn't it be fun to participate and see a group of regular gamers persuade a HUGE company like Square-Enix to make us a game?
Try it out... Sign... ... ... please.

I think if anything Square-Enix would need to do a team up with Namco, Sega or some other company that has released a well done fighter...

Seriously the Tekken Force mini-game for Tekken 4 was more well done that the Bouncer...the character designs and locations were interesting, but the system was weak...

Square Enix once stated in a press conference that the story for the Bouncer has been told and doesn't need to be streched any futher.

I for one am a fan of this game and believe that it could work. This game doesn't have to be the same cast of characters. Bouncer 2 could be a totally different plot with a different cast of characters. Just keep the same game engine, but just beef up the graphics and improve on all of the problems with the fighting system from the first.

Bouncer 1 sucked. Take a decent beat em up system and combine it with cutscenes and upgrade menus(that become useless after you beat the game 1-2 times) that break up the action every 5 people you kill and you have a very tedious game.

Yeah, I was going to say, put forth your efforts for something more deserving...like a River City Ransom MMORPG. With old school graphics, none of those Kunio outfit graphics it looks like the GBA version will have.

As one of the few people who actually found a smidgen of joy in The Bouncer (come on, I had a Sion avatar...TWICE) I don't think we'll ever see a sequel. If we did, I probably wouldn't mind it, just as long as the game was a bit longer and improve on the fighting system. But of course, we'll never see that.

Anyway, despite the fans we have here, it just doesn't have big enough a following. Everyone behind it is way too busy with other projects, as well.

I know how you feel, though. I really wish Sony would make a sequel to SkyGunner, for example. (Hey, they're doing it for Ico...)

I must find somthing else besides Final Fantasy....for X-2 is nearly over...

and then I'd be bored...

Honestly if a brawler with a story must be made I think Bloody Roar would be the perfect candidate....it has so much to draw from...
