Dreg is used in real-life, it's not a created-for-BB term as far as I know.

I think Max uses the term

Slammin'

But that might already kinda be a slang word.

There was an episode (it might've been the one on CN today, uh...Hidden Agenda) where Terry walks into his bedroom and says, "I'm slagged." I doubt he's saying, "I'm damned" when he's just tired.

I'm thinking "slag" doesn't have a real translation since it's been used in so many different contexts.

Eh, it's all pretty much the same. You can imagine how when Terry says "I'm slagged," it's pretty much the same context as "Slag him!"

But you are right in tha it's pretty much just a futuristic censor allowed cuss word. Some of the ones we use know have different meanings for different situations too.

"Slag Him!" - Kill him

"I'm Slagged.." - I'm dead/killed. aka "I'm dead tired".

I didn't think of that. You're right. That would make sense.

Hmm. This is something for our English residents to address. I remember from one of A. A. Milne's kiddie poems:

"Sir Brian went a journey
And he found a lot of duckweed.
They pulled him out and dried him
And they blipped him on the head."

Be interesting if "Batman Beyond" is quoting from English expressions circa 1910 - 1930.
