Aside from Jane and Wilma, who are the other Hanna Barbera mothers?

There's Ma Rug from "The Hillbilly Bears" (a "Banana Splits" segment); Betty Rubble is (by adoption) Bamm-Bamm's mother; and, although it took three decades - virtually in real time - Pebbles Rubble became a mom just a few years ago. I'm sure there are others...

Actually, she still went by her maiden name---Pebbles Flintstone---at least professionally (much like Lois Lane still does despite being married to Clark Kent in the recent Superman comics, along probably with various other real-life professional women). This I'm ashamed to realize until well after seeing the 90's TV-movies... I was wondering why she wasn't called "Mrs. Rubble" by her boss/coworkers, if that was her married name. :-)

But to answer the question, I pick Wilma Flintstone. Look at all the stuff she had to put up with from Fred, along with all the stuff *she* did over the years... much more amusing than Jane was.

Pebbles Flintstone is a mother? I knew Hanna Barbera made Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm teenagers, but when did they become parents?

Two early 90's TV-movies were produced, originally for (pre-Disney-owned) ABC: "I Yabba Dabba Do", which updates Bedrock for the 90's (photocopiers, computers, roller "blades", etc.) and tells how the now-adult Pebbles (working for an ad agency) and Bamm-Bamm (a car mechanic/aspiring screenwriter) get married; the usual Flintstones-style hijinks results.

The second movie, "Hollyrock-a-bye Baby" follows this one up, and tells how Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm have moved to Hollyrock (for Bamm-Bamm's screenwriting career/Pebbles' ad agency career) and how Pebbles is about to give birth to their first child... or "children", as it turned out to be (twins). Fred, Barney, Betty & Wilma fly out to Hollyrock for the special event; the usual hijinks ensue. Amusing bits: "Hanna-Barbarian Studios, the home of Yogi the Cave Bear"; the "rock" pun celebrity names.

Both films include various cameos/tidbits from previous "Flintstones" spinoffs/series (a bunch of guests at the wedding include various characters from the original series, but oddly enough, we don't see their high school friends, save for two people who resemble Penny and Wiggy as Pebbles' officemates; in Hollyrock, we see at their wax museum analogue a statue of Michael Jackstone [from "The Flintstone Kids" special] and Frankenstone [from the early 80's series]).

A followup Christmas special in this same setting was also produced (the new Rubble family is snowed in and doesn't appear until the end of the episode), but that's about all we've seen of this "older" Flintstones clan series. INterestingly enough, Fred, Barney, Betty and Wilma still look the same (despite having to be at least in their mid-50's by my count), but Wilma's mother has grey hair (she shows up in both films, with trademark personality intact).

"I Yabba Dabba Do" is available on VHS; don't know about DVD.

Not sure if "Hollyrock-a-Bye Baby" is on video.

"A Flintstone Family Christmas" (the name of the adult-Pebbles-with-kids/Fred-as-a-grandparent Christmas special) is available on the "Christmas With the Flintstones" video (alongside the original series' Christmas episode).

I'd say Jane Jetson is my favorite. I also love Rosie The Robot, but I'm not so sure if she's a mother:D
