Check the FAQ, it's listed under User Maintenance.

Go to CONTROL PANEL

Then to EDIT OPTIONS

Find

More info...

Then, to the right of Avatar More info... it should say "Change Avatar" Click it. Let it load, then browse your PC for the avatar you wish to use. then click "submit modifications" and your set to go!

OK, all of my custom avatars have been deleted, and it wont let me put in any of the pics I already have.....:(

Hmmm... are your pics small enough? Maximum size is 75X75 pixels. Other than that, i don't know what the problem might be...
